Si tratta di una nuova promozione immobiliare a Lugano-Paradiso, che riguarderà la costruzione di nuovi appartamenti situati direttamente sul lago di Lugano. L'edificio sarà costruito secondo lo standard Minergie. Gli appartamenti avranno da 2.5 a 5.5 locali ciascuno, e avranno rifiniture di lusso. Il lago di Lugano lo si potrà vedere da tutti gli appartamenti.
Gli appartamenti possono essere venduti come residenza primaria, residenza secondaria, oppure come uffici.
La residenza si trova in una posizione molto comoda, davanti alla riva del lago, e vicinissima alla Città di Lugano. Infatti, in 10 minuti a piedi si arriva a Lugano Centro, percorrendo il lungolago. La zona in cui questi appartamenti si trovano è molto ben servita dai trasporti pubblici e dagli altri servizi cittadini (negozi, supermercati, studi medici, farmacie, scuole ecc.).
Il comune di Paradiso si trova in una posizione geografica molto privilegiata: esso si trova infatti vicino al lago di Lugano, al Monte San Salvatore e ad un'uscita autostradale (al confine comunale). I residenti del comune salgono gratuitamente in vetta al monte, con la funicolare. Die Wohnungen können als Primär-, Sekundärresidenz oder als Büros verkauft werden. Die Residenz liegt in einem sehr gemütlichen Berreich, vor dem Luganer See und in der Nähe der Stadt Lugano. Man kommt nämlich in 10 Minuten zu Fuss (durch die Seeufer) zum Zentrum von Lugano an. Die Gemeinde Paradiso befindet sich in einer sehr guten Position: sie liegt am Luganer See, neben dem San Salvatore Gebirge und bei einer Autobahnausfahrt (an der Grenze). Die Touristen mögen sehr viel diese Gemeinde, da es viele Hotels am See gibt, und weil viele touristische Attraktionen, wie die Seilbahn zum Stock des Berges San Salvatore, das Lido und das öffentliche Schwimmbad. Die Bewohner von Paradiso benutzen kostenlos die Seilbahn. Die gemeinde von Paradiso organisiert oft Konzerte, Theatherveranstaltungen, Partys und andere öffentlichen Veranstaltungen.
Der Steuermultiplikator ist 60% in Paradiso: er ist ein der niedrigsten Multiplikatoren im Tessin. Das macht die Gemeinde, eine der attraktivsten des Kantons.

The building will be built according to the Minergie standard. The apartments will have between 2.5 and 5.5 rooms each, and will be provided of luxurious finissage. The Lugano lake is visible from every apartment. The apartments can be sold as prmary or secondary residences or as offices.
The residence is found in a very comfortable position, in front of the lake border, and very near to the Lugano city. In fact, you can easily arrive in 10 minutes on foot to the Lugano centre, by going along the road on the lake border. The area where the apartments are found has all the urban services (public transportation, schools, shops, supermarkets, doctors' offices, pharmacies and so on).
The town of Paradiso is found in a very privileged position: it is found near the Lugano lake, the San Salvatore mountain and a motorway exit (at its border).  The town is very appreciated by the tourists, since there are a lot of hotels along the lakeside and plenty of attractions, like the San Salvatore funicular to the top of the mountain, the beach and the public swimming-pool. The town residents use the funicular for free. The Paradiso municipality regularly organizes concerts, theatrical shows, parties and other public munifestations, many of which can be attended for free.
The tax multiplier in Paradiso is at 60%, which makes it one of the most convenient municipalities to live in.
